Author Grace Anne Schaefer is available to speak to book clubs and other groups

Dear Readers,
Welcome back to my world of the People of the Frozen Earth. Many things have happened to me during the time between the first and second books, but I am pleased to finally present Book 2: As Shadows Fall.
I would welcome the opportunity to meet with your reading groups and book clubs. Although I live in central Texas, I love to travel so let me know you’re interested no matter where you’re located.
I wear regalia (not authentic because my People are from the Stone Age and I have metal jewelry, but …). I very much enjoy sharing my experiences both writing and researching the books as well as life experiences which include thirty-two years of teaching school, cancer, heart failure, and lap banding.
I learned a long time ago that it is much nicer to laugh than to cry so I try to always find the humorous side of everything that happens to me.

As Shadows Fall: People of the Frozen Earth Book 2 is in the final stages of production and will be available soon.The book is the sequel to The New Day Dawns and the second of six books in the People of the Frozen Earth series by author Grace Anne Schaefer.
